NAR Leadership Academy

On Wednesday evening, the 19 members of the Class of 2018—the self-proclaimed “19 in ‘18”—were joined by past graduates, the leadership development chair and vice chair, and other dignitaries to celebrate the latest additions to the Leadership Academy alumni. According to its website, The Leadership Academy identifies, inspires, and mentors emerging leaders from the local and state level for the National Association of REALTORS®.”

The Class of 2018 participated in four in-person modules, along with individual capstone projects and regular conference calls. Modules help participants with team building, identifying and building their individual leadership skills, and learning the ins and outs of the National Association of REALTORS®, its structure, and its staff and volunteer leadership.

Past Leadership Academy graduates can now be found serving in leadership positions throughout NAR, and the extraordinary talent in the Class of 2018 means a continued pipeline of talent heading into key volunteer leadership positions for the future.
