REBI Names Distinguished Educators of the Year

REALTORS® Candy Cooke from Round Rock, Texas and Adorna Carroll from Newington, Connecticut received the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) Distinguished Educator of the Year award for 2018 on Friday, November 2 in Boston.

Cooke is an experienced broker and appraiser who has transitioned to education to give back to the real estate industry. She earned two Master’s Degrees with majors in Residential Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Management and Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation Services. As the Broker Owner of Real Property Counselors, Inc., Cooke also runs the Facebook educational group Cooked Real Estate which has almost 6,800 members currently.

Carroll currently owns and runs three real estate-related businesses and has had a personal team for over 25 years. She is the President of Dynamic Directions, Inc., an educational and sales training consulting firm that has an extensive faculty of consultants and trainers.

REBI is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Formerly the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, the organizational name change was approved in May 2015 to better reflect how our business has evolved. This has included expanding our portfolio of offerings to the REALTOR® community.
